The Sugar-Test® Blood Glucose Monitoring System is warranted for one (1) year
(carry-in warranty) against workmanship and manufacturing defects from the date of first
purchase.
If at any time during the warranty period the Sugar-Test® Blood Glucose Meter does not work because of a defect in material or workmanship, Future MDM, Co at its discretion, will repair it or replace it with a new meter or an equivalent product, free of charge. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the meter and does not include the battery or consumables or plastic parts supplied with the meter. The purchaser’s exclusive remedy with respect to Sugar-Test® Blood Glucose Meter shall be its repair or replacement.
The warranty will be void in case Sugar-Test® Blood Glucose Meter has been damaged by accident or has been altered, misused, tamped with or abused in any way.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY AND FUTURE MDM, CO. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL FUTURE MDM, CO. BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNATIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE PURCHASE OR OPERATION OF THE METER OR ITS PARTS. NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IF ANY, IS IMPLIED FROM THE SALE OF THE METER.
