User Instructions - Lancing Device

Lancing Device
Depth cap: Turn to select the depth of the puncture.
Lancing holder: Holds the loaded lancet before puncture.
Cocking mechanism: Pull back to set the lancet for puncturing action.
Release button: Press and release the lancet for puncture.
 
 Instruction for use:

Lancing Device (1) Remove the Depth Cap of the lancing device and insert the lancet
       into the lancing holder.
Lancing Device (2) Twist off the lancing cap.
Lancing Device

(3) Recap the lancing device and set the punching depth to the desired
       number.

      Note: The larger the number setting the deeper the puncture.
Lancing Device (4) Pull back the cocking mechanism until it makes a click and then
       release it.
Lancing Device (5) Place the prepared lancing device firmly against the puncture site
       and press the release button to puncture.

 Warning:

  • Never share the used lancet with others.
  • Always use a new sterile lancet. Lancets are for single use only.
  • Avoid getting hand lotion, oil, dirt or debris in or on the lancet and lancing device.
  • Do not immerse the body of the lancing device in water or any other liquid.
  • Be careful when removing the lancet after use.
  • Destroy lancet or break the needle after single use.
